Audit activities included stakeholder interviews, traffic analytics, competitive assessments, heuristic evaluations, sitemapping, and wireframing. Presentation of audit and re-architecture strategy to Microsoft developed the opportunity to execute WSS redesign valued at approximately $1M in incremental agency revenue.

PEPSICO, INC. (www.pepsico.com) - Managed all content of the PepsiCo web site to deliver public and investor related information for all PepsiCo companies which include Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, Quaker Oats, and Gatorade. Ongoing relationship yielded multiple projects including the PepsiCo Career Center (www.pepsicojobs.com), which is the online career site for all PepsiCo companies.

THE PEPSI BOTTLING GROUP (www.pbg.com) - Designed and developed a content-managed web site for a top performing stock (NYSE:PBG) to build the PBG brand while strengthening investor relations with real-time, detailed investor information.

WESTERN UNION (www.westernunion.com) - Strategically developed a multi-regional, multi-lingual array of content-managed web sites to open Western Union’s products, including online money transfers, to the world. Ongoing relationship introduced multiple projects such as the Western Union Publications Distribution Center extranet that reduced the multi-million dollar cost of production and shipping of product literature and advertising to over 80,000 Western Union locations worldwide.

NESTLE UK - Created a brand building, comedy oriented, interactive CD-ROM for Nestlé’s Toffee Crisp candy bar that was delivered to 10,000 candy wrapper instant winners in the UK.

PRUDENTIAL FINANCIAL (www.prudential.com) - Re-architected Prudential Financial's Online Account Access portal through user needs analysis, prototyping, and usability testing. The Online Account Access portal provides Prudential’s clients with secure access to their mutual fund, annuity, and insurance account details with the ability to transfer funds and submit online financial forms.

THE SECOND CITY (www.secondcity.com) - Successfully delivered a content-managed web site for the world’s most recognized comedy theaters to showcase its comedy productions and programs across all theaters and offer online ticket purchasing.
